Your First Visit
When you step through our practice’s front door, the appointment will start with a warm greeting from the front desk. Then, you’ll be escorted to the X-ray machine, where one of our hygienists will chat with you about your reasons for visiting and perform a diagnostic review. It will be time for one of our dentists to arrive at that point and introduce themselves; they will review any concerning findings with you in greater detail before turning you back over to the hygienist for a refreshing cleaning (if needed).
Once you’re out of the operatory chair, our treatment coordinator will take you to the consultation room. Here, you’ll be able to discuss any services we’ve deemed necessary and devise the comprehensive treatment plan that fits you best. Our goal is to leave you feeling excited about your smile’s bright future!
Dental Insurance Accepted
Our New Lenox practice is happy to help patients take full advantage of their dental insurance benefits. We are in-network providers for Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, Principal, BlueCross BlueShield/DNoA and will personally file claims on your behalf for any other PPO plans, maximizing deserved reimbursements. Our knowledgeable team members know all the in’s and out’s of this system by heart, and they’re available to address any questions and concerns you may have.
Join The Smile Saver Club
Do you and your family not currently have any dental insurance coverage? Not a problem – we’re happy to now offer the Smile Saver Club as an affordable, in-house dental savings plan that covers many of the same bases as traditional insurance with much less stress involved. For a simple low monthly payment (as well as a one-time activation fee of $159), members gain access to valuable benefits like FREE dental checkups and cleanings twice a year, a 10% discount on most treatments, and much more.

Do you not currently have any dental insurance coverage? Are you in need of extensive treatment and unsure how to cover the cost? Atrium Family Dental of New Lenox is happy to work with CareCredit, which is a third-party company that offers affordable, manageable financing. Several lengths are available for your payment plan, the shortest of which come with NO interest attached. Better yet, this type of financial aid can even be used for purely cosmetic makeovers.
